The Related Group, ICON Brickell’s developer, Designer Philippe Starck, and architectural firm Arquitectonica jointly competed against developments worldwide to win in the category of the World’s “Best Development.”

The International Property Awards, the largest of its type in the world, is now in its 13th year.
