At Related, our greatest strength is our ability to create diverse teams within our organization with which we extend our business model. Our vision on the luxury sector has allowed us to create wonderful residential offerings and we realized that it would take a special team to understand our customers and focus on the sale of these projects. As we began to redefine the standards of quality and excellence in development, we knew those values must extend into the marketing and sales professionals who would be the voice of our development plans to the media and general public. It seemed a natural choice that Related would align with the most well-respected, credible real estate brokerage firm in Miami, Cervera Real Estate. To achieve this, a joint-venture partnership was born from the realization of our shared passion, drive and business acumen and thus was founded RCRS, Related Cervera Realty Services, with Alicia Cervera Lamadrid as CEO.

From project concept to completion, the ties between sales, marketing and development are intertwined. We rely on the knowledge, experience and expertise the sales team at RCRS brings to the table, as well as the many advertising and public relations specialists who work along our side to shape our sales messaging.

Perhaps the most important factor in our ability to achieve continued success in our sales efforts is our incredibly strong relationships within the entire local, national and international brokerage community. These relationships ensure the optimization of traffic and transactions, and address sales strategies in response to changing market conditions.
