Roberto Rocha has been with The Related Group since 1984. In addition to serving
as Executive Vice President and Director of Development for the parent company,
he is the President of Related International. As head of Development, he has directed
all rental and condominium development, new construction, project financing, land
acquisition and disposition. He has also been an integral part of the sales, lease-up
and asset management functions of the firm’s properties. Throughout his career,
Mr. Rocha has developed more than eighty properties with more than twenty-three
thousand units.
Mr. Rocha is on the board of the Builders Association of South Florida and is a
past board member of the Jerome Bain Real Estate Institute. He has worked extensively
with organizations such as the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation and the New
World Symphony. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue
University, as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Miami.

Matthew J. Allen is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The
Related Group. Mr. Allen, who joined the company in 1999, is responsible for overseeing
the day to day operations of the company. In addition, he directly oversees the
finance, human resources, marketing, legal, accounting and asset management divisions.
Since 1999, he was directly responsible for raising over $10 billion in debt and
equity.
Prior to joining Related, Mr. Allen served as Senior Vice President of Atlantic
Gulf Communities. Mr. Allen has over twenty-one years of experience in Real Estate.
He is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of The Beacon Council,
Executive Council and the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater
Miami. Mr. Allen completed his undergraduate studies at Barry University and received
his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.

JOYCE BRONSON

Joyce Bronson joined The Related Group in 1999 and has been responsible for the
coordination and oversight of all facets from site-selection through product development,
construction and sales management for several projects such as 50 Biscayne; Apogee;
Icon South Beach; Trump Towers I, II and III; and One Miami. Her projects in South
Beach have earned Platinum Awards from the Builders Association of South Florida.
Prior to coming to South Florida, Ms. Bronson served as Senior Vice President of
Commercial Lending for Ben Franklin Savings & Loan in Illinois. A licensed real
estate and mortgage broker, her previous experience includes managing a condominium
conversion company in Washington, D.C., as well as a Maryland law firm that specialized
in real estate and banking law. She is a Young President of Mount Sinai Medical
Center in Miami Beach and a patron of Miami Children’s Hospital.

Oscar Rodríguez, Senior Vice President, is also the Director of the Attainable Housing
Division. Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for the success of the Loft properties in
Downtown Miami which have provided much needed housing to the workforce. In addition,
he manages community and government affairs for The Related Group in Miami-Dade
County. After joining the company in 1997 as a project manager specializing in luxury
high-rise development, he soon earned the Junior Developer of the Year, followed
by the Developer of the Year awards. He was also named Up-and-Comer of the Year
in Real Estate Development by the South Florida Business Journal.
In 2005, Mr. Rodríguez received the March of Dimes Building Our Community Award.
He is currently on the Downtown Development Authority Board and a member of the
Steering Committee of the Terwilliger Center for Workforce Housing of the Urban
Land Institute. He has previously served as Vice President of the Latin Builders
Association and as a board member of the Builders Association of South Florida.

BARBARA SALK

With over twenty years of real estate experience, Barbara Salk’s regional responsibilities
with The Related Group focus on projects concentrated in Broward and Palm Beach
Counties. They include Icon Las Olas, The Slade, The Tower Condominium and The Courtyards
in CityPlace. Her latest endeavors are CityPlace South Tower and Trump Tower Palm
Beach. In 2002, she received the Developer of the Year award.
Ms. Salk earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Marketing from Indiana
University and was previously employed by a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. An active
participant in the community, she has served approximately three years on the University
of Florida’s Real Estate Advisory Board. She was also the co-chair for the American
Society for Testing and Materials Committee that developed a national standard for
property inspections.

Recently named Executive Vice President of Related International, Carlos Rosso has
managed all aspects of development for several projects as Vice President of The
Related Group. His broad experience in real estate includes having worked as Vice
President of Real Estate Development for Investment Properties in Boston, Massachusetts
and ten years as Project Director for Besix International, overseeing the development
and construction of over ten million square feet of multi-family, hotel and office
buildings in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Rosso graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a Master’s degree
in Architecture. He also earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and
Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

BILL THOMPSON

For the past six years, Bill Thompson has developed and sold over two thousand units
as an Executive Vice President of The Related Group. Some of his projects include
Portofino Tower, Yacht Club at Portofino, The Mark on Brickell, Murano at Portofino
and Aventura Marina. He is a twenty-six year veteran of the real estate development
industry with experience in real estate finance, as well as condominium and commercial
development.
Mr. Thompson has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University
of Miami, as well as a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.

As Chief Accounting Officer, Al Hernández directs The Related Group’s accounting
operations. He implements and reviews the corporation’s annual budget and monitors
financial operations to insure conformance to budgetary goals and objectives. In
addition, his responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of tax returns
and financial statements.
Mr. Hernández is a seasoned accounting professional with over twenty-five years’
experience in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining The Related Group,
he managed the accounting function for the General Development Corporation. He has
a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Florida International
University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lee Hodges joined The Related Group in 2003 as Project Manager for the Hallandale
Beach Club. He became a member of the senior management team in 2005 when he was
promoted to Vice President and started leading the development team at Icon Brickell.
He is currently responsible for land acquisition, financing, sales, marketing and
construction of high-rise condominium product for the southeastern United States,
based in Atlanta, Georgia. He was previouslya Vice President and Founder of Environmental
Development Consultants Corporation, a civil, coastal and environmental engineering
firm.
Mr. Hodges has a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State College and a Master’s
degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.

LARRY LENNON

Larry Lennon oversees the operation of TRG Management, a full-service real estate
management company. His responsibilities include directing operations and profitability.
He also plays a key role in working with the development team on all new apartment
developments. Mr. Lennon has over twenty years of real estate management experience
with some of the top firms in the industry. In addition to managing in excess of
120,000 units during his career, he has also built and redeveloped a number of conventional
and tax-credit apartment communities.
Mr. Lennon received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University
of Florida and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North
Florida.

Alicia Cervera Lamadrid is the CEO of Related Cervera Realty Services, the sales
and marketing agency for The Related Group. She joined her mother’s real estate
firm in the early 1980s where she assumed different roles within the business, quickly
rising to the top and making her mark in the luxury condominium market. Mrs. Cervera
Lamadrid is considered one of the most knowledgeable individuals in real estate
sales and marketing.
Related Cervera Realty Services is currently representing several Related luxury
projects under development in South Florida, such as St. Regis Resort and Residences
in Bal Harbour, Trump Hollywood, Oasis on the Bay, CityPlace South Tower and Icon
Las Olas. RCRS has sold over 13,000 residential units worth over $7 billion since
their inception in 2000.
Mrs. Cervera Lamadrid is a graduate of the University of Miami. Active in the community,
she currently serves as the Chair of the Master Brokers Forum.

Jeffery Hoyos is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of The Related Group. Mr. Hoyos joined Related in 2008 and is primarily responsible for financial compliance and controls, financial reporting, planning and analysis and information systems. He brings nearly 30 years of financial and operational experience to the Company from both the private and public sector. Prior to joining Related, Mr. Hoyos served in various positions with Levitt and Sons for over 18 years, from Chief Financial Officer for over 15 years to Regional President for the South Florida homebuilding operation. Mr. Hoyos began his career with Grant Thornton and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of St. Thomas University.

Jordan Paul is Senior Managing Director of the Related/Lubert-Adler Investment Fund. Mr. Paul joined Related in 2008 to oversee all investment, management and special servicing activities related to the investment fund. Mr. Paul has 25 years of real estate investment experience including an extensive background in distressed real estate investing, management and special servicing throughout the United States and has served as a senior executive officer for both public and private real estate investment companies. Over the course of his career Mr. Paul has been responsible for capital raising, investment and servicing of over $5 billion in commercial real estate assets and has overseen the creation and implementation of asset management and special servicing divisions that have been approved for Commercial Real Estate Special Servicing by Standard & Poors’ and Fitch Rating Services. Prior to joining Related, Mr. Paul served as a Managing Director for Allied Capital and as an Executive Vice President for Ocwen Financial Corporation. He also founded his own real estate investment firm which completed over $100 million in transactions. Mr. Paul received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Cum Laude graduate of the University Of Pennsylvania Law School where he served as an Editor of the Law Review.

Douglas K. Bischoff joined TRG in 2007 and is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all legal matters for the Company. With more than 30 years of legal experience, he served as head of the real estate departments in the Miami offices of Holland and Knight and Morgan Lewis. Mr. Bischoff earned a B.A. from Duke University as well as J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Miami School of Law. He has served since 1999 as the Director of the Masters of Real Property Development Program at the U.M. School of Law.

Jim Werbelow serves as Senior Vice President of Construction for The Related Group.
He oversees every aspect of the construction process by working closely with the
developers and contractors. Over the past 22 years, his vast experience has included
retail, office, and mixed-use; but his particular area of expertise is in luxury
condominium development. Mr. Werbelow graduated from Michigan State University
with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management and a specialization
in Business and Economics.

JAY MASSIRMAN

Jay Massirman, Senior Managing Director, has been active as both a principal and broker in investment real estate for over 25 years. His focus is on acquiring assets across product types in Related’s core markets of Florida and in target cities nationwide.
Prior to joining Related, Massirman served as Managing Director of Rivergate Companies that he founded in 2007 to acquire and manage distressed assets. As a principal, he has been involved in development and investment transactions of over $200 million in consideration. Prior to forming Rivergate, Massirman was a Vice Chairman of CBRE, where in his 20 years tenure, he was involved in the disposition and financing of all asset types including more than 76,000 multifamily units valued in excess of $10 billion.
Massirman graduated from the University of Miami with a BBA in finance and accounting. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Miami Children’s Hospital, University of Miami’s Citizens Board, a National Council Member and Executive Board Member of the Urban Land Institute South Florida Region, and on the National Multi Housing Council.
